version. Right. Everyone has been confusing the talk of "end of life counseling"
provisions in HR 3200, they mistook those for the REAL death panels. No, the real
power to determine who lives and who dies will fall to the Comparative
Effectiveness Research Council.

The bill has emerged from two of the the three House Committees having responsibility, but is stalled in Henry Waxman's Energy and Commerce Committee.
